The Rainbow Dais is a legendary platform from ancient Oblivian times when the Sky Fortress was still a tool of good and not evil. While the Dais itself is of no importance whatsoever, imbued within it is a strange power that can be amplified through the use of an item known as Rainbow Grail; when the grail is held up in close proximity to the platform, the Dais will light up and its power will send a resounding shockwave into the air, one that has a very important purpose: Summoning Ho-Oh. This was the course of action taken by a young Pokémon Ranger in the face of the Sky Fortress’ reactivation, and after calming the legendary beast, the Ranger was able to use Ho-Oh’s immense power to destroy the energy shield that protected the Sky Fortress, enabling an invasion of the structure to be possible. Today, this platform still sits in the same location and shines brightly, and while it may not have much use now, there is no telling when the legendary bird of rainbows may be needed to banish the darkness again from the Oblivia region.
