Ability Name: Poison Puppeteer Number of Pokémon that normally possess it: 1 Number of Pokémon that can possibly possess it: 1 Most commonly associated type: Poison and Ghost (Normal) The Poison Puppeteer Ability is the unique signature Ability of Pecharunt and serves as a direct consequence of the creature’s capacity to control all those that it manages to intoxicate with its poisonous power. Unlike all other types of Pokémon that use toxins to both damage others and inflict them with status conditions, the toxins that are generated by Pecharunt are uniquely tied to its spiritual essence and thus carries a bit of its own power and mind with them as they are created and unleashed upon others, either in liquid form or as part of the poisonous mochi that it can create inside of its shell. As a result of this, if it manages to Poison or Badly Poison an opponent, it can then use that connection to at least partially take control of its target, forcing their body to move under Pecharunt’s
Move Name: Malignant Chain Battle Classification: Special Attack Type: Poison Total number of affected targets: 1 Range: 1 adjacent target other than user Direct contact needed to initiate attack: No Base Power: 100 Accuracy Rate: 100% PP: 5 (maximum 8) As a toxic manifestation of the dark desires of the monster that can generate it, the Malignant Chain attack is a dangerous and potent blow that can more than make life hell for any that are afflicted with its toxic presence. Considered to be the signature attack of Pecharunt, the Malignant Chain attack involves the user generating toxic chains from its body that it then wraps around its prey in order to infuse them with the dark toxins comprising said chains to inflict damage. This dangerous move is truly as toxic and dangers as it looks and can more than turn the tide if the opposition doesn’t have a way to counter its nastiest effects and resist the dark temptation that comes with the move’s execution. The Malignant Chain attack is
Pecharunt (the Subjugation Pokémon) is a mythical Poison/Ghost-type Pokémon found exclusively within the confines of the Kitakami region. Toxic to the core and more than dangerous to those that consume the accursed treats that it makes for others, Pecharunt is a devious little monster that uses its dark powers of corruption to subjugate and control all that dare to make contact with its darkest whims and desires. It might not appear to be that big of a threat by size alone, but just as great things can come in small packages, this fiend can more than make its presence known once it starts to control and bring out the deepest desires of those that it infects with its power! While its existence had been all but forgotten, the resurrection of Pecharunt in modern times has helped to unearth its story for all to understand and ponder on. Long ago in a faraway land, there was an old man and woman that could not have any children of their own, and so instead, they took care of a small, timid

Blueberry Academy Director: Cyrano
Name: Cyrano Moniker: None Region: Unova Role: Director of Blueberry Academy Type Specialty: None BACKGROUND While the Blueberry Academy of the Unova region is a prestigious university for those that wish to master the art of battling, it would be nothing without the eccentric man behind the entire school, its Director, Cyrano. An old classmate and friends of Director Clavell of the Naranja/Uva Academy in the Paldea region, Cyrano is an eccentric man with a bit of a murky past but is otherwise a sly person to get along with. It was his ambition that led to the creation of the entire Academy, even being the one to name it and pick out the perfect shade of blueberry for the facility’s structure. While he tends to come off as a bit senile and forgetful of the daily operations and construction of the academy…not to mention haughty and a bit of a rule-breaker in some ways, his snazzy suits and warm voice make him a bearable presence at the very least, even if his cross-eyed appearance
Location Name: Blueberry Academy and Terarium Region: Unova Developed by Humans: Yes Permanent Human Occupation: Yes Notable Features: Academy Terarium Special Moniker: None The Blueberry Academy is a recent creation of its director, Cyrano, and is designed to act as a sister school for the Naranja/Uva Academy, as the director of the schools are old friends that attended university together, and is unique because nearly the entirety of the school is actually underwater, built in a specialized structure that allows for the same comforts as its sister school while still being close enough to the seabed to be powered by a variety of energy sources, thermal and otherwise. Unlike its sister school, this school in the waters just off the coast of the Unova region is primarily focused on the art of battling, with its classes demonstrating the different ways in which Pokémon can be caught, trained and used for professional combat, while all battles in the school take on a Double-Battle format
Move Name: Tera Starstorm Battle Classification: Special Attack Type: Normal Total number of affected targets: 1 Range: 1 adjacent target other than user Direct contact needed to initiate attack: No Base Power: 120 Accuracy Rate: 100% PP: 5 (maximum 8) A versatile weapon able to make the most of the Tera-type of its user when its power is greatly needed, the Tera Starstorm attack is a potent move that can give a Terastallized Pokémon a huge advantage in battle when properly wielded. Considered to be the signature attack of Terapagos, the Tera Starstorm attack involves the user gathering power from either itself or Terastallization and using it to generate and unleash a massive beam of Terastal energy into the sky, which then breaks apart and descends upon a target as a rain of star-like Terastal energy bursts to inflict damage. It might be incredibly bizarre in its power and form, but this attack can nonetheless prove to be an exceptional threat to deal with, and especially if the
Ability Name: Teraform Zero Number of Pokémon that normally possess it: 1 Number of Pokémon that can possibly possess it: 1 Most commonly associated type: Normal (Normal) The Teraform Zero Ability is one of three Abilities possessed exclusively by Terapagos and is a reflection of the sheer might and power of its fully-awakened Stellar Form. When Terapagos enters into this state and unleashes its true power, its body completely overflows with Terastal energy and it supercharges its surroundings in the process, irradiating the area and in turn severely affecting the overall state of the local terrain and climate. In essence, as this form is achieved, Terapagos begins to radiate an immense amount of energy from its body, and this energy is infused with not just the power of the 18 normal known types but the Stellar type as well, and this spread of energy has the effect of destabilizing and neutralizing any and all effects that might otherwise be assigned to the types both on the ground
Ability Name: Tera Shell Number of Pokémon that normally possess it: 1 Number of Pokémon that can possibly possess it: 1 Most commonly associated type: Normal (Normal) The Tera Shell Ability is one of three Abilities possessed exclusively by Terapagos and is a reflection of the power of their Tera form and what it can do to wield the power of all elemental types as a defensive weapon in combat. When Terapagos is elevated to its Tera Form, this has the effect of forming and charging a shell formed around its body with the elemental energy of all of the known elemental types normally assigned to Pokémon. Whie this doesn’t actually change the creature’s type directly, this elemental energy fuses together into a single, stable energy field that surrounds the creature’s body when it first becomes active in this state. This may not give it a potent boost right off the bat as far as offense goes, but the fused energy shield does have the power to temporarily absorb some of the power used in
Ability Name: Tera Shift Number of Pokémon that normally possess it: 1 Number of Pokémon that can possibly possess it: 1 Most commonly associated type: Normal (Normal) The Tera Shift Ability is one of three Abilities possessed exclusively by Terapagos and is wholly exclusive to its Normal Form. The Ability itself is a consequence of the power of Terapagos to absorb Terastal energy from its surroundings at a whim, as while they are fairly weak and seemingly a non-threat in their base Normal Form, this form mainly exists to allow the creature to rest and hibernate for incredibly long periods of time to both protect itself from harm and extend its lifespan to a ridiculous degree. While this form state might be their default one, if they are in an area that has Tera Crystals or some other source of Tera power with it, their body will automatically start to absorb the energy around them, activating this Ability as it crystalizes the energy to form a solid shell and instantly elevating them
Terapagos (the Tera Pokémon) is a legendary Normal-type Pokémon found exclusively within the confines of Area Zero of the Paldea region. Recognized as the source of the Terastal Phenomenon in the Paldea region and beyond and more than capable of wielding the power of the elements greater than nearly any other type of Pokémon known, Terapagos is a truly astonishing creature that can more than show the true might of the type-matchup game when pressed to in combat. Make sure that you are prepared for a hell of a ride if you dare to challenge this beast to a battle, as the sheer might of its control over both time and the nature of Pokémon types will likely leave you aghast and unable to cope with the sheer elemental diversity that is contained within its glittering shell! First discovered and documented by the explorer Heath, and later by his descendant, Ms. Briar of the Blueberry Academy, alongside several trainers that helped to battle and contain the power of the creature, Terapagos
