Milotic (the Tender Pokémon) is an exceptionally rare Water-type Pokémon found among the bottoms of clear lakes within the Hoenn, Sinnoh, Unova, Alola, Galar and Kitakami regions. Thought to be the most beautiful Pokémon in the world by humans across the globe, Milotic are calm and majestic in creatures that can calm even the most hostile emotions in people and Pokémon. They may not have the raw power seen in Pokémon like Gyarados, but if Milotic can do anything, it's take a beating and lull the opposition into not wanting to do anything but relax!
Milotic are famous across the planet for their incredible beauty and elegant appearance, resulting in them being unofficially labeled as the world's most beautiful Pokémon and revered to the point where it is said that anyone who is lucky enough to gaze upon their loveliness will have their heart purified. These creatures have been depicted in a variety of art mediums (paintings, sculptures, etc.) throughout most of history, obviously demonstrating that their aesthetic value is not something new to the world; in particular, many artists have painstakingly tried to copy the beautiful sheen that their scales possess, a trait that many believe makes them the most beautiful Pokémon in the world. In reality, Milotic scales are coated with an organic compound similar to opal, causing them to shine different colors when viewed at different angles. However, this compound is not specifically designed for an aesthetic purpose but to chemically react with the scales of Milotic when small electrical pulses are sent through the surface of their scales to act as a catalyst. These pulses are only generated by the brains of Milotic when they are under the effects of a stable status condition; when the compound reacts to the electrical pulses, it solidifies completely on the scales and essentially makes them denser and harder, significantly raising the Defense stat of Milotic. This special power is recognized as the Marvel Scale Ability and is generally only ever seen among Milotic, though Dratini and Dragonair have been seen to possess it as well in rare cases. Aside from their appearances, Milotic are also depicted in many ancient paintings and drawings as peacekeepers. When in the presence of humans or Pokémon that are in conflict or possess hateful emotions of any kind, Milotic are said to appear in front of them from their resting grounds at the bottom of clear lakes, glow a bright pink color, and release a wave of energy from their bodies; as soon as this happens, all life forms in the general vicinity will be calmed completely, their hostile emotions erased. While some parts of this process are still relatively mysterious, it is believed that this strong change is the result of Milotic sending out a low-energy psychic pulse designed to reset the brains of others (in a manner of speaking) and trigger the release of endorphins to control their aggression. In some cases, this simple pulse of energy has proven to be a true miracle unlike any other, becalming even the rage of Gyarados with little trouble, and doubles as the base for the Water Pulse attack they gain access to after evolving.
It seems that Milotic and Gyarados (in addition to their pre-evolved forms) are irrefutably connected to each other in terms of powers, natures, origins, and even stats...but the reason why is still a subject of much debate. Magikarp and Feebas are both among the weakest Pokémon known, have the capacity to live in all types of aquatic environments and learn the same natural sets of attacks and techniques. As they evolve, however, the two essentially become polar opposites. In relation to stats, Milotic are strong on defense and get a wider array of status-oriented moves, like the Water Pulse attack they gain access to immediately after evolving, while Gyarados are strong on offense and likewise learn mainly offensive moves; however, they both have the exact same base-stat totals. Milotic are kind, gentle creatures that appear in times of strife in order to calm feuding spirits; Gyarados are vicious and violent by nature, and in times of strife, they only appear to destroy everything in their path. Yet the two of them live in the exact same kinds of environments, and they both react to the same thing: strife or conflict. Moreover, although their bodies are designed to work and react differently under similar situations in combat, they share a similar body plan and are almost identical in terms of mating practices and social standings. While there might not be enough evidence currently available to say so, it is quite possible that Magikarp and Feebas descended from the same ancestor and only underwent radical changes recently; the fact that they are polar opposites after evolution may simply be a coincidence, though even this strange fact is uncertain.
While fans of Feebas might be a bit disappointed in them, with unmatched elegance and beauty to spare, Milotic are without a doubt one of the most popular species of Pokémon in the world in contests and battles alike. Though they might be too rare for many trainers to obtain, Milotic are nonetheless loving, loyal fighters that will always hold their ground in battle until their very last breath is drawn. If you're the kind of trainer that likes to mix a little style and class into every fight, then these serpentine fish may be the right thing for you; if anything else, at least you won't have to worry too much about becoming very angry about anything anymore!

Pokemon Field Guide: Arceus Report
#493: Arceus
The Alpha Pokemon
Normal (Legendary)
Height: About 10 ft tall
Length: About 15 ft long
Weight: About 705 lbs
Sound: Now here's something curious. Whenever Arceus manifests out of a wormhole, it opens its mouth, and emits a sound wave that greatly distorts timespace around itself. To us, it sounds like a reverberating cosmic echo of sorts, distorting the air around it to the point where it can be heard clearly from miles away, and playing any frequency we can imagine at once. That is, that's the sound it makes if it's not speaking.
Arceus can speak to us, yes, but in a very strange manner. Its telepathic voice sounds to us li

Milotic Request
This is a Personal request by Henry (Lucariothevorelover) and it is not in first person if this disappoints you then I suggest you do not read this story and wait for 'Arcanine Soft Vore 3' Coming soon.
Henry was an orphan since as long as he could remember but he did not have an easy life. His inheritance had not been written out to him on documents so all their money went to their corrupt attorney and he had wound up in the worst Orphanage in all of Hoenn. Just right of Fortree City is where it stood it was originally a mansion belonging to some old Baron but after he died it was left deserted until Mrs A. Busive bought it to turn it into

It was a beautiful day in the jhoto region as I walked under the blue sky. I was on my way to golden rod city passing through the forest with my starter Pokémon sceptile. I know what you’re thinking; no I’m not from the jhoto region I’m from hoenn. I’d beaten the league there but sought new challenges in jhoto. The two of us were walking along when I noticed a clearing not too far off the path. Beyond it was a large beautiful lake, “hey pal want to stop here for a bit?” sceptile nodded, the two found comfortable spots near the lake side. I don’t know what it is about this area but I feel relaxed

My Milotic is the only Pokémon that my Gyarados likes. In fact, he would be unusually calm around her.
