Ralts (the Feeling Pokémon) is a relatively rare Psychic/Fairy-type Pokémon found among grassy fields and many other environments within the Hoenn, Sinnoh, Kalos, Hisui, Paldea and Kitakami regions as well as the Johto, Unova, Alola and Galar regions on rare occasions. Though inherently frail and weak on their own, Ralts are fascinating little creatures that can easily tell someone just how kind or cruel they are without prejudice. They might not be able to fight back with much vigor, but as long as you keep them close to your heart, you shouldn't have many problems with that; just try not to get too angry with them, or they might end up running away from you forever!
Even in comparison to Pokémon like Abra, Ralts are among the frailest of Psychic-types and are very weak from the time of birth all the way up to evolution, in turn limiting their overall combat effectiveness by a great deal. These small creatures more than make up for this weakness, however, with a strange power that enables them to stay hidden from anything that would dare to harm them: the power to sense emotions. While they might seem like nothing more than bodily adornments, the horns on the heads of Ralts are actually advanced psychic organs that enable them to sense and process the emotions of others by observing minute changes in the electrical activity of their brains. With this ability, Ralts can easily sense which creatures are in a bad mood or would otherwise cause them harm; conversely, they can easily sense which creatures have kind hearts and would rather assist them or have fun with them than hurt them. This can make Ralts a difficult Pokémon for many to locate, as innocence isn't exactly something that constantly runs through the minds of most humans, but they otherwise show no discrimination towards age or gender when it comes to those that they do find favor with and feel safe around.
Interestingly enough, the reliance on emotions for understanding others has further caused Ralts to become bodily linked to their own emotions; in other words, their physical health and bodily functions are dependent upon their current state of emotion and thus the emotions of those near them. If Ralts are near others that are happy, they too become happy and grow warm to the touch, a feeling that most trainers enjoy a great deal; if they are near others that are sad, however, they too will become sad and will grow very cold and perhaps even sick. Continued exposure to negative feelings will eventually render a Ralts physically incapable of battling and, in time, unable to use its own psychic powers to protect itself. This can be a life-threatening issue in some cases, as their connection to their own emotions are so strong that extreme depression will more often than not lead to total organ failure and eventually death, a state that is unfortunately unrecoverable from. Thankfully, Ralts are receptive enough to all types of emotions that this should rarely ever be much of an issue; even so, trainers should keep an eye on their Ralts and ensure they give it plenty of attention at all times.
While they might be exceptionally weak, Ralts are interesting creatures that can certainly hold their ground in battle. They might only get a few offensive moves before evolution, but as long as you're careful about who you fight, training these strange little beasts into powerful fighters shouldn't be too much of a problem. Besides, if it's a really cold day, you probably won't find a much warmer Psychic-type out there; all you have to do is think happy thoughts and you'll have a portable heater with infinite fuel!

Pokemon Field Guide: Arceus Report

The Alpha Pokemon
Normal (Legendary)
Height: About 10 ft tall
Length: About 15 ft long
Weight: About 705 lbs
Sound: Now here's something curious. Whenever Arceus manifests out of a wormhole, it opens its mouth, and emits a sound wave that greatly distorts timespace around itself. To us, it sounds like a reverberating cosmic echo of sorts, distorting the air around it to the point where it can be heard clearly from miles away, and playing any frequency we can imagine at once. That is, that's the sound it makes if it's not speaking.
Arceus can speak to us, yes, but in a very strange manner. Its telepathic voice sounds to us li

Weight: 100-110 lbs
Sound: Sometimes they sound like they're singing. Most of the time they won't make a sound, their lungs aren't very big. Other times, they'll make an attempt at what SOUNDS like human speech. This is important, because this is your Gardevoir actually trying to communicate with you. And granted, it doesn't do this very often unless it has to because for the most part, it lets its trainer do the talking.
If they've lived with you for almost all their lives, chances are they'll learn to REALLY speak. Providing the large capacities for their brains, this is

Sound: It makes a high pitched roaring noise that reverberates. This is the least interesting thing you'll read in this report. There's too much other in this report I need to talk about.
Gender: It doesn’t have any. And speaking of which, it doesn’t need any. Giratina is literally incapable of aging, helped by the fact that it lives in a place where time is practically null. If one counts the fact that t

I always like Ralts and it evolutions, because their Trace ability helps me identify the wild Pokemon's ability that I want to catch.
